Albany has brown hair and brown eyes. He's also 6'3" and 200 pounds.
Personality:
Albany has always had a troublemaking streak. When he was younger, he would pull pranks on anyone and everyone. They were never mean pranks, as Albany doesn't have a mean bone in his body. They did get him in enough trouble though. Albany never changed. He still likes pranks and when he sees them being pulled, he ignores them. Everybody is entitled to a little fun sometimes.
He is highly intelligent. Albany loves to read books and can do that for hours on end. He loves just about every book out there. When Albany was in school, he was termed the know it all of Hufflepuff. He is very helpful. He will help anyone with any work that they need help with, except potions. He is very kind and patient. His time isn't important, but the knowledge of his students is.
Albany is not very punctual. He has been known to be late for his own class. The students get there before he does. As some of his students expect him to be late, many of them won't walk in until ten to twenty minutes after class is supposed to start. He has been that way his whole life and he doesn't see the point in trying to change that.

History:
Albany Thompson was the first born in his family. He was the first wizard in his family and his parents were amazed by that. Albany grew up an only child for years before his sister was born. He still got alot of attention because of his powers, but his siblings didn't resent him for it. In fact, they began showing powers of their own and they attended Hogwarts once they were old enough.
Albany hated being apart from home when he became a brother, but he loved being at Hogwarts. He had no trouble making friends or fitting in. He actually became quite a popular kid during his time there. When he turned seventeen, he talked to the Headmistress about becoming a professor at the school once he was done. The only subject that wasn't filled was Muggle Studies and he didn't mind that at all. Being a muggle, he knew alot about the subject.
He was already teaching at the school when his sister began. This was the main reason he wanted the job. He wanted to show her around. He loved his siblings and wanted to make sure they would be okay when they first arrived. Albany showed May the ropes and when Mitchell arrived at the school, she helped Albany with him. He enjoys his teaching job and wants to be teaching for a long time
