Hello everyone =) The staff and I have been working on redoing some things on the site, and for the most part, have completed everything. There are still a few small things to be edited and changed, but there always are. Anyways, here's a list of updates you may be interested in knowing about:
1. In 'The Common Room,' board, there is a new sub-board titled, 'Games,' where you can play a variety of games, and also create your own to play with fellow members. Just go ahead and post, no restrictions.
2. The character application has been updated, and a second more in depth one has been added for members who wish to delve a little deeper into their characters. Also, a password has been added to prove that members have read the rules, but be aware that you as members don't need to go back and find this password for your already created bios. For future bios, you will have to however. Also there are now minimum requirements to how much you need to write in your bio, but once again, previously created bios DO NOT need to be edited to meet this.
Which brings up, if you have not posted in the Celeb Claim thread, please do so now!
3. More boards have been added as places to Roleplay, including an entire category of outside Hogwarts locations.
4. Ash is working on some more skins for us, so be on the lookout for those! I'll probably have a poll up for voting soon, so I can find out which one you guys like best, and make that the default, so to better attract more members.
5. The plot has been rewritten, thanks to Simon, or Harry as his Display Name is. I really appreciate him taking the time to do that, and I think if you have yet to read the new plot, doing so would be a good idea. It's a nice read all around anyways.
6. The information here in this thread: unendingdarkness.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=unendingdarkness&action=display&thread=3 has been updated, and is important info if you have yet to read it.
7. A new board, called, 'The Floo Network,' has been added, where you can request people to join your roleplays, or play a character for you. Stop by if you're in need of either of these things.
8. Also! We are still looking for people to fill Staff Positions. Please keep in mind the Head Advertiser and the Graphics Designer are staff, not just what their specific jobs entail. They will still have access to the Staff Board and have the authority of a Mod, they just have other jobs on the side.
9. We are also in search of Canon characters, the most important of which is Calderact. If you have any interest in playing a Canon, please check out the list, and fill out an application for whoever you're interested in. 10. ANY help is VERY much appreciated. If you would like to help out, and take some time to do some advertising, then all you need to do is post our AD on sites that are accepting Advertisements. Here is the link to the thread with our AD in it: unendingdarkness.proboards.com/in....splay&thread=62
