Who I Am
Name: Haden Jordan Whittlore
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Year: 6th Year
Bloodline: Halfblood
House/Position:
Played By: Sean Faris
Appearance:
Haden is a guy with a very nice height that compliments his body well. Standing at 5’9’’ and with a body which is fairly hairless excluding his legs, arms and other private area but all in all, his body is very well taken over; he is an ideally attractive male. His arms are long, but muscular and firm with biceps that could crack a walnut, so to speak. His core is to die for, his abs need a bit more work but they are well defined and his chest is firm and protruding, fitting for someone with such confidence in him and his ability. His legs are not exactly on his top-priority list when working out but he’s given them the necessary attention, developing himself some firm thighs, thick calves and some thick ankles, not to mention his improved his endowment some inch or two. With a body as pleasing or satisfying as his, it allows him to wear practically anything and pull off some interesting to amazing looks.
His persona puts him as the kind of guy to reach for a T-shirt, a pair of jeans then to push his feet into a pair of sneakers and that’s exactly him. First of all, he’s into solid or plain T-shirts. Those with the flashy graphics don’t really catch his eye but from time to time he’d get one just for the image or maybe due to some peer pressure and stuff, but yeah, plain shirts that hug his body nicely is the direction he prefers to go. Jeans are a different story. The more awesome, flashy and, in some ways, expensive they are, the more likely it is that he’d do a double take and rip then off the store rack to try them on. He just loves those jeans that look like they just got pulled out of the dryer or picked right off the clothes line. The wrinkles, the fades, they all appeal to him and with the shirts he wears doubled with the occasional jacket, the outfit works perfectly for him and that’s what it’s about. Dressing to suit him and him alone. Sneakers are a simple dilemma; all they have to do is match back with the jeans and/or shirt. Though he’s mostly into short sleeved solid T-shirts, that don’t mean he’s limited to them. If he’s in the mood or if the weather so permits, he’ll wear a long sleeved button-up, a sweater and whatever else he could get his hands on. He comes off as an odd one in his family for leaning more to muggle clothing as opposed to the normal wizarding dress but he finds robes can be too uncomfortable and even more so when he’s all fussed and miserable but when the time calls for it he would take on robes whether it be to some function or party his parents are dragging him along to or school at Hogwarts.
When alone or when with people he’s totally comfortable with, he’d wear a pair of boxers and he’d exercise the option of wearing a vest or going bare-chested, not like there was anything wrong with that. But in the presence of company he’d rarely have, he’d slip into an old shirt or something along those lines; he’d pull a pair of jeans or any set of shorts up over his boxers and that’d be it, seeing as he isn’t one to wear shoes in his place, a thing he picked up from his folks. When he goes out to a formal setting like when he was young with his parents or on a date, he’d go all out and dress himself in something snazzy. Maybe a dark grey silk shirt, long black trousers that seemed to shimmer, a jacket all buttoned up with went back with the pants and some square-tipped black goes…not to mention the tie to match the shirt as he wasn’t one for bows. But if he is forced, he’d slip into some dress robes.
Jewellery is an option he doesn’t exercise much. Other than wearing some shiny, silver watch that does so much more than tell time, he goes bare. Though on occasion, he’d wear a chain or something like that. Never would he ever get his ears pierced but a tattoo is in the near future for him because he wants to get one of his name in come fancy-written language on his upper arm…and maybe something else…maybe a tattoo of a whole right over his heart, that seems cool, or anything that comes to mind before then.
Haden is a dresser of variety. He could be laid back, he could be ready for an outing, and he could dress to impress. Either way, he was guaranteed to make sure jaws dropped or eyebrows raised or anything that signified an impression being made. It’s not like he’s intentionally doing it, it’s just that part of him that wants to keep up with appearances and such, basically something every guy should do.
Scars/Tattoos/Markings: None
Personality:
Ever since he was a child his parents knew that they had another clever child brought into their fold. His first bout of magic started as early as four and continued but become more and more controlled as he aged. Knowing that makes him swell inside a bit but his ego doesn’t explode into a blimp or anything like that. He’s a good guy, a cool individual to hang around and get to know. You could be a complete stranger, just sit beside him one day and he’ll strike up a conversation and just like that you got a brand new friend to chill with and by extension you’ll know his friends because he’s got a thing where he wants all his friends to know each other and get along with each other and to look out for each other. That’s the way his family worked so that’s the way he wanted his friends from the best-of to recent acquaintances to be.
Nothing gets him down easily. He tries to have a positive eye on everything, puts a positive spin on everything possible and he makes sure that if he's in a mood, he won't let it pass around like some infection. He loves to laugh, he likes being in a good mood and he plans on keeping it that way. One thing he's passionate about is spell work and other branches of magic. He dreams of unravelling the mysteries of ancient or old magic, he dreams of creating fantastic spells and potions to out-rival others. It isn't so he can gain popularity and such, it's just a passion that lingers close to obsession but he's got his head on right so there's no need to worry about him. It's just a hobby for him, like playing Quidditch or whatever.
He is a a very charming individual. He's very articulate being very gifted with words and he can use them to get himself out of situations or he can use them just to see some cute girl smile but it comes in hand with arguments because he can show off his intellect which he's been honing for all his life and he does it all with an air of sophisticated fairness...more or less. He enjoys a good challenge and he's confident enough to feel capable of being successful but not so over-confident as to make any possible failure so much heavier that it appears. He's humble, he tries to be honest as much as possible, he's got a kind soul, he's a sweet guy with skilled words and he's friendly. Probably one of the friendliest you'll ever meet with an insatiable sense of curiosity, fun, adventure and creativity.
Wand: Mahogany, 14 inches, Phoenix Feather- “powerful, perfect for wordless and defensive magic, pliable”

Pet: Great-Horned Owl (Named Tether)
History:
Fresh out of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Jordan Whittlore sought work at the Ministry and being a gifted witch with a clever mind, a trait possessed by most Ravenclaws, it wasn’t hard for him to get the exact job he wanted: a seat as a representative of Britain in the International Confederation of Wizards. A job that saw him travelling quite a bit and the work load for such a fresh school-leaver was just tremendously overwhelming so he stepped down from his seat after five years and took up a new position in the International Magical Office of Law and he also acted as the liaison between his new department and the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, basically, he worked for the Parliament and the Judiciary after having been part of the Senate for that period. One late evening he stumbled into a Ms. Emelia Howggard on his way out of London. The files he was carrying were knocked from his grasp and he didn’t even notice till she so kindly pointed out what had happened, even going further as to help him pick them up. They shared the same train together, coincidentally, and their destinations were soon forgotten when they decided to have something to eat...together. That fortunate encounter turned into scheduled dinners, soon they were living together, married and enjoying life as a happily married couple in Jordan’s family home in White Cobbler Village, Surrey.
The location of the village was perfect. It was completely shielded from muggles and it was occupied solely by magical folk, hence why it would be the perfect place for them to raise a family as generations before have done on Whittlore’s side. Thirteen months after they had decided to start a family, they welcomed their first born child. It happened all on October 26th, 2008. They didn’t want to go to a hospital or to St. Mungos for that matter, so they did it right there in the living room where space was made clear for the birth described by Jordan as “truly magical”. Some hours later, after some rigours labour, Emelia gave birth to her son whom they named Haden Jordan Whittlore. As beautiful a moment as it was, something changed the atmosphere from joy to shock as smiles turned into gasps. Baby Haden Whittlore was crying…or maybe he was trying to. No one was sure because he looked as if he was crying but not a sound could be heard. Panic-stricken, the wizard and witch couple rushed their child to St. Mungos…nothing, so they took the chance and went to a muggle hospital and they got some news. It was good because their son would live; he was fine and healthy and handsome, but unfortunately, his vocal box was insufficiently developed and there was the chance that he would remain mute.
Growing up he was smothered, literally. He slept in his parent’s room till he was five years old…not in his own crib but in their bed, that’s how bad it was. His mother left her well-paying job just so she could keep a constant eye on her “disadvantaged” child. His grandparents were always in the room and he hated it. No privacy, no sense of having grown up and it changed only so little as he grew up. Even when he came into his powers to show that he was a wizard and would eventually be able to take care of himself, they still babied him and pitied him and the younger members of his family, like his Cousin Daniel, taunted him and that led to Daniel nursing a black and blue eye, swollen jaw and busted lip. That should have showed everyone that he was capable, but all that it did was show everyone that he should be watched more closely, any closer form then on and you might as well have put a leash around his neck.
Then one day, a miracle of sorts happened. He was stirring in bed when he had the most horrific of nightmares and he woke up screaming, screaming as if he was in pain because his voice wove in and out before it stabilized, and he realized. His parents ran to the room with both sets of grandparents limping their way to his room and they all stood around his bed, looking as shocked as he was and the silence was soon broken when his mother broke down and wrapped her arms around her cured child and once again, the touching moment was disturbed when an owl flew into his bedroom window and landed on his desk. His grandfather, Joseph, did the honours and untied the envelope then turned and beamed at the rest, shouting that it was a letter from Hogwarts. Perfect timing, wasn't it. After the family briefly celebrated his cured condition, where his mum sobbed uncontrollably for hours, he and his parents took a trip to Diagon Alley to purchase his necessities. His own books, his own ingredients, cauldron, an Owl he named Tether and the biggest prize of them all, his own wand. A beautiful wand too. Mahogany wood, a nice 14 inches in length with a Phoneix feather core with some interesting specialties. Weeks later, he was moving at a run with a trolley filled with all he had bought just for school and skidded to a halt on Platform Nine and Three-Quarters, gazing at the magnificent Hogwarts Express, the mode of transport which shuttled him off to the majestic castle where he was sorted into the house that would be his home away from home.
Tracking back, something else happened when he woke up screaming, something that had woken in him. Dormant magic and he didn't realize it till he had reached Hogwarts and was busy showering after their first day of classes. He was standing before the mirror, looking at himself he smiled, but his face was struck with horror when his dark brown hair turned black as night with his eyes burning bright with sapphire. He practically woke the whole common Room screaming before someone wrestled him into silence. For a week he went around with those alterations. No spell, no potion could help and he was too ashamed to go to a professor, until one called upon him, wondering about the change in appearance since the first day of classes and that's when he discovered what he was, and what he could do with it. A Metamorphmagus. A wizard able to change his appearance at will and the excitement was evident when he wrote to his parents who told the rest of his family. From then, magic interested him immensely and he's taken to learning what he can and as much as he can...plus, a few hobbies on the wide.
