Juliette was skating in the courtyard. She wasn't in her regular robes. She was wearing kakis, a tshirt with a hoddie, vans, and her fav. cap.
She was suppose to be doing her transfiguration homework but she got bored and started to skate.
She was winding through the crowds of people when she saw her aunt Ginny and her cousin Albus. "Hey Aunt Ginny, Albus."

Ginny glanced up as she heard her niece and an eyebrow rose as she noticed the girl wasn't in her school robes. It wasn't that muggle clothing wasn't allowed to be worn on the grounds, Ginny just didn't expect it from Juliette.
"Hey Julie, I thought you had homework to deal with, isn't that what you told your uncle?" The woman asked with a small smile. She knew the girl wasn't going to be happy about her saying anything but she was a teacher and had to.

She stopped in front of he aunt and cousin. "Uhh...yeah. I told Uncle Harry that" she said looking at the cobble stones. " I kinda got bored of doing it so I came out here."
She looked at her aunt then her cousin. She was wondering if she was in trouble. What if she told her dad. Crap she thought.

Albus had the small first year by his neck, holding him up and close to his face. It was obvious that he was scaring the kid, which was just what he wanted. He wanted to make sure that people understood that he wasn’t your typical Potter. He would, possibly, murder someone if it came to that. Albus had no fear of that. He could feel the kid shake and laughed wickedly. He threw him down on the ground and walked away. The kid wasn’t worth it. Though he had no problems with hurting kids younger than him, he preferred to fight kids that actually put up a fight.
Not that he was looking for one. Albus was actually looking for his parents. He had something to discuss with them. He’d thought about it for awhile, just never brought it up to them. He didn’t think they would say yes. Even now, they probably wouldn’t agree to it, but he had something to show them, as well. Albus’ glasses broke, naturally, on purpose, but they didn’t need to know that. He had a lie to cover it up. He didn’t quite know where he was walking and he hoped some people would be smart enough to stay out of his way.
Suddenly, he heard his mother’s voice, talking about homework and then he heard Juliette. He would never admit it out loud, but he did love her, like he loved all his family. He went out of his way to protect them, always making sure that it didn’t ruin his reputation. Albus wasn’t exactly sure if his family knew this. He played the Evil Potter well. “Ginny,” he said. Calling her mum had stopped a few months ago. He never understood why he had to call his parents mum or dad. “Who cares if she hasn’t done her homework yet? Maybe she doesn’t feel like doing it right now. She’s not me; she’ll get it to it, I’m sure of that. Lay off her about it.” Albus was still walking, still trying to find them, and then he ran into someone. “Who did I hit?”

She frowned as Albus scared a little kid. She never understood why Albus and Emma had to hurt people. It was so barbaric. Of course Albus would never hurt anyone in his family. She knew that but Emma would. One time Emma threw a knife at her. Man she could get violent Juliette thought. "Albus why do you have to pick on these little kids" she asked him.
Albus always stood up for Juliette even if it was to their parents of uncles and aunts. "Yeah...what Albus sai.." Juliette had stiopped talking cause she was the one Albus hit. "Me Ablus. You hit me" she said getting up and brushing the dirt off her hands on the butt of her jeans.

Ginny frowned as her son spoke to her in such a manner, she had put the boy in detention for the various things he did around the school but it had been done so often she was getting tired of it. She was going to have to talk to Harry again about what they would do about Albus. The young man was trying his mother's patience as detention and grounding seemed to do nothing but make Albus more rebellious. She had no idea why he acted the way he did, she and Harry gave their children everything they could ever want or need.
"Albus will you meet me in my classroom before dinner tonight please?"
If she could manage it she would talk to Harry before then and the two of them would be able to deal with Albus once they had a chance to talk about what could and should be done.

Albus laughed at her question. He hurt them to show them who was stronger and who ruled the school. It was nothing personal. Well, actually, it kind of was personal. “The kid ran into me,” he explained, smirking evilly. “I had to punish him. That’s what happens when people don’t watch we’re they are going. I didn’t hurt him, just scared him. Scared him bad. Maybe he’ll think twice before coming near me again.”
“Oh, I’m sorry,” he said, but his voice was dripping with sarcasm. Albus wasn’t trying to be mean this time, but every time he apologized, he always sounded sarcastic. Maybe because he didn’t mean it half the time. “Stupid glasses broke. Ginny, can I get contacts?” Albus wasn’t sure who was standing where, so he just looked around, trying to get at least a faint outline of one of them.
“Detention again, Ginny?” he said, rolling his eyes. He loved detention. He had fun there, torturing the teacher meant to watch him. Detentions always seemed to end early for him. “Today’s not good for me. I have a date with my girlfriend. I’ll look at my schedule and get back to you. I’m probably not free for awhile.” Albus beamed and grinned. “Did you hear who I’m dating? She’s none other than McKey Malfoy.”

"Oh yeah" she said sarcasticly. Juliette and Albus always joked around. He was always a lot nicer than Emma. He had his glasses off. She knew he couldnt see anything with without them.
"I dont know Albus. Mckey might not like you without your glasses" she said with a laugh. Albus knew that Juliette was just kidding.
She looked at her aunt and said "Please don't tell Uncle Harry that I havent done my transfiguration homework okay. I promise I will do it in the morining." She gave her aunt that look that she always used to get out of trouble with her aunts and uncles and parents.
